The Art Party Conference 2013 will be an antidote to all other conferences. It’s a major arts event and national forum, initiated by artist Bob and Roberta Smith working with Crescent Arts, and taking place at The Spa in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The Art Party Conference 2013 offers an opportunity to bring people together from diverse cultural and creative communities from all over the country. It’s an inclusive event, designed to influence decision makers through debate, participation, public opinion and art itself. It will celebrate some of the very best of regional and national creative achievement and artistic talent.
Debate is at the centre of The Art Party Conference, but it also aims to showcase what artists do best, with installations, performances, interventions, film and video screenings, an art fair and stunning posters designed by artists to promote and mark the event.
