This is the second in a series of four seminars which aim to assist the Joseph Rowntree Foundation with its anti-poverty strategy programme. The discussion will cover ways to square the circle between public concerns over “benefit tourism” and ensuring refugees and migrants are not left destitute.

Speakers will include: Councillor John Cotton, Birmingham City Council; Dr Lisa Doyle, Refugee Council; and Debora Singer MBE, Asylum Aid.  Max Wind-Cowie from Demos will chair the discussion.
