God’s Property is a play confronting the realities of life in multicultural Britain of the 1980s.
It’s 1982. London is restless, gripped by spiralling unemployment and inner city riots. Ska beats dominate the airwaves and in a flat in Deptford, south London, two mixed race brothers are re-united. The circumstances are less than ideal and the brothers are forced to decide which community they belong to: a black one or a white one.
