Office Manager/Executive Assistant (Temporary cover)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year pro rata
Location: Central London

The think-tank and charity British Future is seeking short-term cover for the role of Office Manager/Executive Assistant, for the period December 2017 – February 2018.

British Future is an independent and non-partisan think-tank which seeks to engage people on issues of identity and integration, immigration and opportunity. Our aim is to contribute to a society which is confident and welcoming, inclusive and fair to all.

The post-holder is responsible for the effective management of the office which involves lead responsibility for office systems and procedures with responsibilities across finance, governance, HR, grants management, events, and executive support. You will need to minute meetings and organise events, training courses and travel arrangements, and where appropriate, undertake research and prepare briefing papers for presentations.

Working Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm. Generally core office hours are fixed but we would be willing to negotiate flexibility. Out-of-hours work is required from time-to-time.
