Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per year

A superb opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join British Future, a new thinktank seeking to involve people in an open conversation, which addresses people’s hopes and fears about identity and integration, migration and opportunity, so that we feel confident about Britain’s Future.
Joining a small, dedicated and fun team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the office which involves developing office systems and procedures with responsibilities across finance, governance, HR, grants management, events, and executive support. You will manage the communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders, responding directly to enquiries and managing the Director’s diary. You will need to minute meetings and organise events, training courses and travel arrangements, and where appropriate, undertake research and prepare briefing papers for presentations.
With significant experience as an Office Manager or EA/PA at the senior level, you will be a confident and discreet professional with demonstrable experience in office management and senior administration. You will have experience facilitating all aspects of Board level meetings, liaising with various internal and external contacts and stakeholders and prioritising busy workloads. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you will have strong IT proficiency and a strong commitment to social justice.
Working Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm. Generally days and hours will be fixed, however we may require a degree of flexibility from the candidate and therefore out of hours work may also be required from time to time.
